Ordering

• You have to order a minimum of 35 products or more to be qualified for wholesale discount. Any order less than 35 will not be processed.

• There is no minimum order per product. You can order one or more of each design.

• Customers can order online, by phone or by FAX.
  

Shipping Methods and Charges

• We ship internationally but screen our overseas orders diligently for fraudulent credit card use.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping or duty charges.

• We ship using UPS.

• All orders will be complete based on availability in stock. We typically ship merchandise within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order .An order can be delayed if you supply us with an incorrect address or credit card number.

• There is no shipping on the weekends.

• Shipping usually takes from 4-5 business days to USA, 5-7 Days to Europe, 1-4 Days within Canada.

• We are not responsible for delays by customs due to random checks or any other issues (this is a rare case).

• All packages will be sent ground to US and Canada unless customer specifies express shipping when placing an order.

Returns

• Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with quality of our product simply return them for a full refund. We do not give refunds on the shipping and handling charges.

• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

• Backordered items will not be processed. If you wish to order backordered items you must include them in your next order.

Methods of Payment

• We accept Visa, Master Card, and Money Order.

• We do not offer C.O.D

• Shipping destinations to Canada  will be charged 12% HST Tax.

• There are no taxes on shipments to USA and Europe.
