Firstly you should see that your non-dominant hand is holding a plain metal belt buckle and a black permanent marker is held by the other. Then by using the very tip of the marker create tiny dots in your desired pattern for the rhinestones. Signs like swirls, hearts, peace signs or even names could be made. But you can skip this step if you need to cover the belt buckle in rhinestones of same color completely. Take a bag of rhinestones that contains those color/colors you’d prefer on the belt buckle and open it. Keeping the jewel part facing upwards lay out the rhinestones flat. Be sure that piles or flipped-over rhinestones are not left. Mark it different by individual colors or sizes.
