Majority of our buckles are made of Zinc alloy.
Do you custom design buckles?
No we do not custom designs. We do offer some Custom belt buckle designs that you can use and customize.
How Can I find out about your new products?
Our website is best source for finding our new designs. We e-mail customers to inform them of new designs and promotions. We can place your e-mail in our customer list upon your request and e-mail you when new products are available. We strongly suggest you to sign up for our newsletters.
Do you have paper catalogue to mail to us?
We do not have paper catalogue. We offer new products each month. We suggest visiting our website regularly to find out about new styles/designs
What can I do if I am not happy with the quality of your product?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with our quality you can return the products for your full money back. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
What can I do if the item received is damaged?
You have 24 hours to notify us if any item was damaged in shipping. We will ask you to return the damage item to us.
Can I cancel my order?
Generally you can cancel your order at anytime before your order is processed and shipped. We usually ship orders in one business day. Customers officially have upto 12 hours to cancel their orders. Cancellation must be done by either e-mail or phone.Customers who decide to cancel their orders after the order is processed and shipped must pay for shipping charges, 20% restocking fee and import/export charges if applicable.
I have an online shop. Can You provide me with Images of your product to use on my website?
We can provide you with images of our products you have purchased. Unfortunately we can not offer you images of all products.
What is the minimum purchase for wholesale order?
The minimum order quantity is $250 from all the products we offer.
Can I order less than $250 ?
Unfortunately we can not accept any order less than $250. We offer great selection of products at unbeatable price. You will get more products for money spent.
Can I order 1 item per design?
How can I place an order?
We recommend registering for a username and password first and submit your order through our website. Orders received by website are processed much quicker. However you can submit your order by fax, e-mail or over the phone.
Is everything available in stock?
We usually have 99% of the items in stock Order will be filled based on what is available in stock. Our website gets updated every 2-3 days. Out Of Stock products will be marked and you will not be abale to order them. We do not track back ordered items in customer’s orders.
I am a volume buyer, how can I get better discount?
Please e-mail our sales department to introduce your company and amount of purchase you will be buying on a regular monthly basis. Then we will take your request into consideration and offer you a discount accordingly.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by Visa , MasterCard , wire transfer and Paypal. Paypal payments are subject to 3% Transaction fees.
Can I use my Debit card or Discover Card?
Those card can not be processed on our system. However there are various types of debit Cards these days and some are acceptable . You can try using them when ordering.
I do not feel comfortable using my credit card online?
Our website has double security against frauds and identity theft. You can use your credit card with confidence. However if you do not fees comfortable, you can place you order online and choose "Wire Transfer" as option. You should call us to provide your credit card information over the phone.
My credit card payment keeps declining, what should I do?
There are number of reasons for your card to be declined.
- - Make sure you enter the correct number and expiry date
- - make sure you have enough funds available on you card
- - Some bank block international purchases and customer needs to authorize it. Please contact your bank to find out the reason

Ground shipping will take approximately 4-6 business days to US, 1-5 business Days within Canada. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available to US & Canada.

Is air service to US and Canada guaranteed?
Air service is guaranteed. It will take 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Do I get tracking number with my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Can you ship my order with DHL or Fedex.
No. We work only with UPS Courier only.
Can I use my own UPS, DHL or Fedex Account?
We do not use customer's courier accounts.We have a disocunted account with UPS. All shipping are done eceltronically using UPS computers. Using your own account will result in higher rates, manual shipping and delays.
Can you ship my order C.O.D?
We do not offer COD serive anymore
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depond on weight and shipping address. Please call or email us if you require an exact quotation for shipping charges to your destination.
Is there any cheaper method of shipping?
There are no cheaper shipping rate. Our UPS rate are even cheaper than Local Canada Post.
Do you Drop Ship to my customers?
We offer drop shipping if you have wholesale customers Only. We will mark the boxes with your company name and ship the order to your customer
Do you notify me when my order is shipped?
We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number and invoice the same day we ship your order. YOu can start tracking your order on ups website the next day
